At Soto we want to make looking after your plants as easy and enjoyable as possible. The Corn Plant profile will help you get to know your new plant.

The Corn Plant is often associated with good fortune and positive energy. It is considered a symbol of happiness and prosperity.

The Corn Plant is native to Africa and thrives in the filtered sunlight of the understorey of forests. It became a popular houseplant for its adaptable nature and durability.

In the 1980s, the Corn Plant gained additional attention when it was included in NASA's Clean Air Study. The study suggested that certain houseplants, including the Corn Plant, could help improve indoor air quality by removing common pollutants.

Corn Plants prefer bright, indirect light but will be happier in lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
