Hydrangea Libelle
Elegant strong white flower heads and dark green foliage
Buy now, pay later
Hydrangea Libelle has large, strong white flower heads. The dark green leaves are the perfect backdrop to the ice white blooms that bring a softness to any outside space. The smallest of the Soto Hydrangea edit, they look beautiful planted along a path or in a pot.
Top Tip
Trim back the Hydrangea heads in early spring. This protects the stems throughout the winter and encourages strong new flower blooms for the summer season. See our Masterclass series to learn more.
How to care for Hydrangea Libelle

Aspect
Libelle is happiest in a partial spot but can perform well in sun, if its soil is kept moist.

Care Level
After two years, prune stems back to a third to keep a bushy shape.

Watering
Hydrangeas likes to be moist but not soggy.

Feeding
When planting your Hydrangea Libelle use good quality, peat free compost. Use a liquid feed throughout the summer to promote strong flower heads.

Soil
Hydrangea Libelle is perfect for a container or pot. If planting in the ground, it performs at its best in non-alkaline soil which is well drained.
