Delivery & Returns
SOTO GARDENS EDITS AND COLLECTIONS: Orders placed using the spring 2026 pre-order discount will be delivered in the spring. A member of the Soto team will be in touch to organise delivery. Soto deliver nationwide for all plants, pots and accessories via our courier partner, DPD within 3-7 working days. Delivery is free for all orders over £75. For orders under £75, we charge £6. If you would like your order delivered after this period, please let us know when you’d like to take receipt in the delivery notes. About fibrestone
Fibrestone planters offer the look and texture of natural stone while being significantly lighter and more practical. This makes them an excellent choice for balconies, terraces and roof gardens, where weight is a consideration.
Designed for indoor and outdoor use, fibrestone is weather-resistant, frost-resistant and UV-stable, meaning pots can be left outside all year round without compromising their finish.
For healthy planting, good drainage is essential. If your fibrestone pot does not come pre-drilled, we recommend adding drainage holes before planting to prevent waterlogging and root rot.
