Bay Tree & Irish Moss
The Bay Tree is perfect for positioning by the front door. The Irish Moss completes the pot display by providing a carpet of green to the base of the pot. It has small star shaped white flowers that make an appearance in the spring and summer.
How to care
The Bay Tree and Irish Moss both thrive in the sun and can tolerate part of the day in the shade.
Water regularly. Once established, prune the Bay Tree twice a year, to maintain desired shape. The Irish Moss requires very little attention.
The Bay Tree and Irish Moss like moist soil, especially when becoming established.
Plant with good quality, peat free compost. Add a layer every spring to ensure nutrients feed through to the roots.
Ensure the soil is well drained. When planting add a drainage medium, such as grit or crocs, to encourage better drainage.
